Cool Ad Recession Chart

I found this interesting article on Silicon Alley Insider. "Cool" is not the best choice of words in my title but it certainly shows the impact over time of recesssions.  Its nice to see a big bounce on the other side of a recession, too:Recession ad
It shows the impact of recessions to the ad business.  The online
display ad business has already been impacted 5% YoY in Q2 and search
has been a lot more resilient (still growing at 24% YoY).  As I have said before, now is the time to focus on your business.  Get good at it.  Focus on a fewer number of initiatives and you'll come out of the other side of this market with a much stronger company.
