Does Geekwire miss mobile startups?

Geekwire just released its list of top Pacific Northwest startups.  Its missing two mobile-first startups that are well-funded and have great teams behind them.  Where is Dwellable And OfferUp?  Part of their proprietary ranking includes Web metrics (like SEO and external links).  In a world where the world is becoming mobile-first, maybe they should consider using other sources like AppAnnie?  With the majority of consumers eyeballs inside native apps methinks they should consider some different measures for their rankings.
